At the heart of Harare, Royal Diadems’ Empower Her Camp, led by visionary founder Tendayi Ndoro, brought together young women eager to step into entrepreneurship. Digi Learn took center stage with a workshop titled “Launch Your Brand: AI-Powered Entrepreneurship & Digital Marketing with Canva.”
This dynamic program trained over 30 teenage girls in essential digital age skills, giving them tools that professionals worldwide are using to grow businesses.
Skills the Girls Gained
-
AI Tools for Smart Business – Using ChatGPT, they learned how to draft business pitches, create engaging content, and brainstorm marketing strategies. DALL·E helped them visualize brand ideas, while AI-powered analytics showed them how to measure success.
-
Graphic Design with Canva – From logos to Instagram posts, participants built visually compelling designs, giving their brands a professional look.
-
Marketing Strategies – The girls discovered how to reach audiences online, craft unique selling points (USPs), and position their businesses competitively.

A Real-World Simulation
The workshop wasn’t just about listening—it was about doing. Each group created a “dummy company” and developed a marketing campaign for another team. This exercise mirrored how real agencies work with clients, giving participants a taste of entrepreneurship in action.
The Bigger Picture
By teaching these girls AI-powered entrepreneurship and digital marketing, Digi Learn and Royal Diadems are not just training individuals—they’re building a movement of empowered, creative young women ready to shape the future.
Harare has witnessed the birth of a new generation of female entrepreneurs, thanks to the collaboration between Digi Learn and Royal Diadems.
